TruChiro PVA 100+ Club Tip of the Week: QUALITY vs QUANTITY

When I started practicing in 1993 I just wanted new patients. I didn’t care where I got them or how I just know that I NEEDED them! I had bills to pay and insurance companies to contend with. I was focused on quantity.

I was on a merry go round trying to find new patients that burned me out and I ended up retiring from chiropractic after 17 years.

Then the lightbulb went off and after several years I decided to get back in but decided to do things MY way and focus on quality.

I now have 2 highly successful practices with 2 Associates, my retention, referrals and re-activations have skyrocketed,  I’m cash only and have a patient visit average of well over 100+ AND I’m no longer chasing patients because I don’t have to, they come to me and they “GET IT”.

They understand the importance of lifelong wellness based care.

My strategy when I got back in was a game changer and now I want to help other docs do the same!
